After graduating from Wabash College in 1986, Bob continued his education and graduated from Chicago Kent College of Law in 1989. After being admitted to the Illinois State Bar the same year, Bob Garber founded RMG Sports Management in 1990. Over the past seventeen years, he has strategically developed his vision for RMG Sports Management as an elite provider of services and solutions to professional athletes.
As an attorney, Bob Garber handles a diverse range of legal issues for RMG, and has particular expertise in contract negotiation and salary arbitration for professional baseball players. Since the early 90s, Bob has prepared numerous salary arbitrations and has negotiated hundreds of millions of dollars in player contracts.
Bob's wealth of experience and expertise within the baseball industry has allowed our clients the opportunity to fulfill their goals and dreams on and off the field.
